Classical pianist, New York.
I’m a classical pianist and a senior at the Lycée Français de New York. I study with Genya Paley at Kaufman Music Center and previously at Mannes School of Music. I’ve performed at Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall, Merkin Hall, and the French Consulate in New York.
I started at three with my grandmother, a piano teacher, in a family of professional musicians. Much of my performing has been with other musicians and for the community. I was principal pianist and co-leader of my school orchestra, accompanied the school chorus, and perform regularly at retirement homes and hospices with The Happiness Factory. I’ve won the Lycée’s Prix de Musique, awarded to one student per grade, three times.
It’s difficult to change the world, but with each note I’m one step closer.
